Terms of Service
Effective date: June 18, 2026
1. Service Description
SaveMyVibe is a token-based backup hosting service. You create archives, receive bearer tokens, and upload backup files via HTTP POST. We store your files, enforce your chosen retention policy, and alert you if expected uploads are missed.
2. Eligibility
You must provide a valid email address. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Your Data and Ownership
- You own your backups. We do not claim ownership of uploaded files.
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your backups solely to provide the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to back up the data you upload.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Upload malware, illegal content, or material you do not have the right to distribute
- Use the service for public file distribution (it is a private backup service)
- Share account credentials or bearer tokens publicly
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Polar.sh and auto-renew. Cancel anytime. You remain on Pro until the end of the current billing period, then downgrade to Free. If downgrading while over Free limits, new uploads are frozen but your data is kept.
6. Account Termination
- By you: Delete your account at any time. All data and backups are permanently removed.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for ToS violations, abuse, or non-payment. We will provide advance notice where feasible.
7. Service Availability
- The service is provided "as is." No uptime SLA is guaranteed on the Free tier.
- We are not liable for data loss. You should maintain independent copies of critical data.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, then under the jurisdiction of Argentine courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
